If your group is from Canada, submit your $500 deposit for Toronto Remix via e-transfer or cheque. If your group is from the United States, please mail a cheque. Please note: deposits are non-refundable. Once we receive your payment, your group will be officially registered!

To secure early bird pricing, your group’s deposit must be submitted by April 1, 2026. Early bird registration is $475 per participant, so submitting your deposit by this deadline locks in the lowest rate. After April 1, pricing increases to $500 per participant, and will rise again to $550 per participant after May 1.

After You Register

1. Book Accommodations by April 15, 2026*

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and is an additional cost. Each suite at Centennial College includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and costs approximately $250 per night. 

 

As the Group Leader, you will need to submit a rooming request to reserve your suites and specify your group’s rooming arrangements. Payment for accommodations is not due until your group’s final registration payment.

Each participant has their own private bedroom within a suite. This is the default option and ensures maximum comfort and privacy. Suites are booked in full, and the cost works out to approximately $62.50 per person per night (based on 4 participants per suite). If a suite cannot be filled, the full suite rate still applies.

Pricing - One person / room

+ $31.25 / night

Participants can share a bedroom to reduce costs, with a maximum of two per room. Sharing a bed is not allowed, so groups must bring air mattresses or cots if needed. This option lowers the cost to approximately $31.25 per person per night (based on 8 participants per suite). Volunteers and adult leaders must have their own rooms.

2. Submit Participant Forms by May 15, 2026*

All Remix participants are required to complete the attached Participant Info Form. Once you’ve collected forms from everyone in your group, a Google Drive link will be provided for submitting and securely storing the forms digitally.

3. Collect Fees & Submit Final Payment by May 15, 2026*

Once your group’s registration, deposit, rooming reservations, and Participant Info Forms are complete, the final payment is due by May 15, 2026. This covers any remaining registration fees and accommodation costs. The Remix team will provide detailed instructions and payment options to make the process smooth and secure.

4. Book Your Own Transportation by June 1, 2026*

Each day, groups will be heading out into Toronto for unique ministry experiences. It’s the responsibility of each group to have adequate transportation for all participants, and to plan for any parking fees at ministry sites during your time at Toronto Remix. 

STEP 3

Build out your budget

Just like any mission trip, you will need to build out a budget for Toronto Remix. You will need to take into account 3 main costs:

2. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Each day groups will be going out into Toronto for unique ministry experiences. So, each group will need transportation and to potentially pay for parking at their ministry sites throughout their time at Toronto Remix.

3. ACCOMMODATION COSTS

Housing is not included in the price of registration. Each group leader will need to book their accommodations through our REMIX admin team. The approximate cost is $250 (around $62.50/person/night if there are 4 in a suite or around $31.25/person/night if there are 8 in a suite). More information can be found below...

Once you have built out your budget, start promoting to your students and move on to Step #3

STEP 4
Register your Students. You can do this one of two ways:

Option 1: You can print our PDF and give it to each of your students to fill out.

Option 2: You can senour fillable PDF to all your students to fill out on their computer and email back to you.

ONLINE FORM

If your Church is equipped with a database system that can build online forms, then you can use the information below to add specific fields to your form. These include:

​

1. A PERMISSION AND RELEASE form for Toronto Remix (Requires a signature)

2. Other NECESSARY INFORMATION we require. 

*Please note: Once you have received all your forms from both your leaders and students, send them altogether to Toronto Remix. 
(See Step 6)

STEP 5

Book Accommodations with the REMIX team

 

Toronto Remix 2026 is being held at Centennial College. This year you will have several options for accommodations, based on your level of comfort, of what your stay at REMIX will look like. Groups choosing to stay at Centennial Place Residence will stay in a 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom suite. Groups are required to pay for a full suite regardless of a number of participants. Continue reading to assess your options.

Option 1: Participants can receive their own bedroom within a suite, where a maximum of two people will be in a suite. Although this is the default, there are other options your group can choose. (Proceed to option 2).

​

Option 2: You can decide for your group to have participants share a room (1 double bed only, in the past, groups have brought air mattresses). This allows for more people to be housed within a suite and offers a cheaper alternative for your stay. Volunteers and adults must have their own rooms. 

​

We hope these options allow your group to have more flexibility and ease during your time at REMIX. 

 

To book your rooms, email the REMIX team by clicking the booking accommodations button indicating how many suites (a suite has 4 bedrooms and 2 washroom) your group will require. Suites cost are approximately $250/night + tax.

STEP 6

​

Continue to collect forms and fees.

​

The registration forms for both leaders and students, and the remainder of the registration fees are due by May 15, 2026. Once you have all your forms and the final payment, you can mail/ e-transfer everything (the forms and cheque) to:
